Submitting the website form expresses interest only. It does not create an order, reserve a product, guarantee a discount, or oblige you to make a purchase.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if necessary. Do not submit another person's contact details without their permission.
3. Group Formation and Offers
Group formation depends on actual buyer interest, product preferences, timing, and seller participation. We may combine buyers interested in different models of the same brand where appropriate.
Prices, discounts, stock, delivery schedules, financing, warranties, and other terms depend on the relevant seller and the final offer. No particular offer or minimum discount is guaranteed.
4. Seller Transactions
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, Crowd Buy facilitates introductions and group negotiations rather than acting as the manufacturer or seller of the product.
Before buying, independently review the seller's identity, final quotation, taxes, registration or delivery charges, payment terms, warranty, cancellation terms, and other conditions. A purchase agreement is between you and the relevant seller unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Fees and Payments
Submitting an enquiry through our website is currently free, and no purchase commitment is created by submitting the form. If we introduce a membership fee, service fee, commission payable by users, or another charge, we will disclose the applicable amount, payment terms, and cancellation or refund conditions before you agree to pay.
